Hi there, call me Katie!

(Last name is pronounced ah-zahn-zah).

I’m a fourth-generation Sonoma Countian and am so proud to call it my home. I’m a wife, a mom of two boys, and a proud Cal bear. Over the past 14 years, from Tennessee to California, I have had the pleasure of documenting precious memories—everything from maternity and senior portraits, to weddings and soldier homecomings. Whether it’s a milestone or an everyday moment, I look forward to creating meaningful images with you.

  1. I can tie anything back to an episode of Friends or The Office.

  2. After I gave birth, I immediately requested a medium rare steak, sashimi, and raw oysters.

  3. I’ve been speaking Spanish my whole life, but it’s a little rusty.

  4. I worked in a museum for 6 years, so I have a soft spot for museums, art history, and nonprofits.

  5. I met my husband in 1st grade and we’ve been together since high school.
